Negotiating is a skill that has to be learned and practised.  Without the right skills people will be at a disadvantage when they are in a situation that required some negotiation.  The end result may be less than satisfactory for all involved and may have a long term effect on the business.

 

Who will benefit?

The course is suitable for anybody that gets involved in negotiating.  This may be negotiating within the organisation or outside the organisation and include sales, marketing, project teams, customer relations and industrial relations.
