Snow and Exceptional Weather Guidance
This PDF file gives guidance for IPS staff, Apprentices and Learners in the event of snow or other exceptional weather 

Corporate Social Responsibility Statement

Subcontracting Policy
IPS sub contract with selected private training providers who deliver training that adds real value to our offer to young people and Apprentices.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficing Statement
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships,and implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.

Safeguarding and Prevent Policy
IPS fully recognises its responsibilities for child protection, Safeguarding and Prevent. We have Designated Safeguarding and Prevent Officers and all staff are trained in Safeguarding and Prevent and the promotion of British values.   

Disclosure (Whistleblowing) Policy
Our disclosure policy sets out how we deal with anything that you report to us so that problems can be dealt with and resolved. 

Policy and procedure for Complaints and other feedback
IPS fully recognises its responsibilities to deliver high quality training and takes complaints seriously.  We investigate and report back every complaint.  If you wish to complain your first point of contact is your normal IPS contact or phone our office on 01634 298800.
