IPS Celebrates Success at the Kent & Medway Graduation Ceremony 2025
On Thursday 16th October, IPS proudly participated in the Kent and Medway Graduation Ceremony 2025, celebrating the achievements of apprentices, employers, and training providers across the region. The annual event highlights the dedication, hard work, and success of those completing apprenticeship programmes, showcasing the positive impact apprenticeships have on skills development and local industry growth.
IPS was delighted to support the graduation of our talented learners who successfully completed their apprenticeships this year within the Engineering, Business, ICT and Management sectors. Seeing them celebrate this milestone was a proud moment for our team and reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality training and real-world opportunities that help individuals and businesses thrive.
As a silver sponsor of the ceremony, IPS played an active role in supporting the region’s apprenticeship community. Our sponsorship allowed us to contribute directly to the celebration of learners’ achievements, strengthen connections with local employers and training providers, and demonstrate our commitment to high-quality apprenticeship programmes. We were also honoured to receive the Amazing Apprenticeship Training Provider Award — a recognition of our ongoing dedication to delivering exceptional apprenticeship programmes and learner support. This award is particularly meaningful, as IPS has proudly supported the Kent & Medway Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony and its organisers since its inception in 2019. Over the years, we’ve worked closely with regional partners to celebrate apprentices’ achievements and champion the value of apprenticeships.
Our Business Engagement Manager, Sam Townsend, and Recruitment Advisor, Mandy Rai, were thrilled to accept the award certificate from Ceremony Organiser Mark Hill, who commented that it is always a pleasure to work with them and that the recognition was well deserved.
Receiving this award is a testament to our team’s dedication, the success of our learners, and the strong partnerships we’ve built with employers across Kent and Medway.
