Expected Standard in all areas for IPS International
IPS International celebrates our positive Ofsted inspection outcome
We are pleased to announce that IPS International has achieved Expected Standard in all areas of our latest Ofsted inspection under the new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
This outcome is a proud moment for our organisation and reflects the dedication, professionalism and commitment of all our staff across IPS International. Our teams work hard every day to support learners, work alongside employers and deliver training that helps people develop their skills and progress in their careers and our report gives us an opportunity to celebrate this work, thank everyone involved and look ahead to how we can continue to improve.
Recognising the dedication of our team
Our Managing Director; Aaron Ryan, has expressed his thanks to every member of our team for their hard work, passion and resilience with his message recognising the collective effort behind this outcome and the commitment of colleagues to making a positive difference for the learners that we support.
Delivering training involves much more than what happens in a classroom or workshop. It takes planning, communication and ongoing support and encouragement to help our learners make progress which is why those everyone had a huge part to play in our inspection.
The outcome from our inspection is an opportunity to recognise contributions and the care our staff bring to the roles they plan in the organisation and their commitment underpins our work and helps us keep learners at the centre of what we do.

This is a great opportunity for us to thank the learners and employers who contributed to the inspection and shared their experiences of working with IPS International. Our learners are at the heart of our provision and their effort, determination and willingness to develop new skills gives purpose to the work we do which is why we are so proud to support them as they build their confidence, gain experience and work towards their goals for strong careers in their industries.
Our employers also play an essential role in that journey, they provide opportunities for learners to learn in the workplace, support their skills development and work with our delivery teams to help learners connect their training with the demands of their roles. Its so important that we maintain these relationships to help understand the needs of both learners and businesses ongoing and the feedback we receive is valuable in shaping how we deliver and develop our provision.
Proud of our progress, focused on improvement
As our Managing Director highlighted in his message, we are proud of this recognition while remaining focused on continuous improvement. For IPS International, this means continuing to build on the work of our teams and use the inspection feedback given to work on our next steps. That also means listening to learners and employers, supporting our staff and identifying where we can make the learning experience even better.
Our aim remains clear; that's to ensure that every learner has the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential. We will continue working towards this through training, guidance and support provided, alongside employers who help us to make this progress possible.
