This year’s Kent & Medway Apprentice Graduation Ceremony was a proud moment for IPS International, with 20 of our apprentices recognised for their hard work and dedication.
Here’s a look at some of the day’s highlights—and why we’re hoping for an even bigger IPS turnout next year!
As IPS International’s Business Engagement Manager, I recently attended the 2024 Kent & Medway Apprentice Graduation Ceremony for the first time, alongside Mandy, our Recruitment Advisor, and Charlotte, our Digital Marketing Co-ordinator. We were there to support 20 of our apprentices as they were recognised for their hard work, and it was a proud moment for all of us.
Our apprentices came from a mix of sectors—engineering, health & social care, business administration (including team leading), ICT, automotive, and construction—showing the wide range of skills IPS helps to develop. It was inspiring to see their dedication celebrated alongside other apprentices from across the region.
There was a great energy in the room, and you could see the pride on the faces of our apprentices and their families. It was a reminder of how valuable these programmes are for their futures.
If you’d like to catch some of the highlights, check out our social media for photos and videos from the day.
Next year, I’m hoping to see even more of our apprentices up on stage, celebrating their achievements. Here’s to making it bigger and better for IPS!
Keep an eye out for details of the 2025 ceremony!
