IPS has a responsible attitude to Corporate Social Responsibility aiming to be ethical and fair in our dealings with employees, customers, suppliers and the local community.

IPS International Limited is a training organisation that contracts with the ESFA, accessing public funds to deliver Apprenticeships and uses subcontractors to extend its own Apprenticeship delivery to meet the needs of employers and add real value to the young people and Apprentices being trained. IPS only subcontracts where this complies with ESFA contracts and funding rules and other policy documents issued from time to time and ensures correct and proper use of ESFA funds.

IPS International is a signatory to the Association of Employment and Learning Providers Common Accord guiding principles.

Our Health and Safety policy sets out how we ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and learners.

Our Environmental policy sets out how we reduce our impact on the environment.

Our Social Media policy outlines the standards we require our staff to observe when using social media, usage of social media and actions taken if the policy is breached.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships,and implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.

IPS fully recognises its responsibilities for child protection, Safeguarding and Prevent. We have Designated Safeguarding and Prevent Officers and all staff are trained in Safeguarding and Prevent and the promotion of British values.

Our disclosure policy sets out how we deal with anything that you report to us so that problems can be dealt with and resolved.

IPS is committed to ensuring that learners and staff have all opportunities available to them whatever their age, race, religion, sex or disability. We work with honesty and integrity and do not support or tolerate any form of discrimination.
