Stress. Anxiety. Depression. Loneliness. These can affect anyone at any time. Please, do not be afraid to ask for help.

It is perfectly normal to feel stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, particularly during these strange times, so do contact us if you would like any advice or support. All conversations will remain confidential within the Safeguarding unless we feel that you or your circumstances require outside assistance. We can listen, offer guidance and direct you to helplines or support networks that can help you.

If you feel that you are struggling for any reason, please know that support is available to you. You can talk to a friend or family member or you can talk to your IPS trainers if you feel that you need additional support or advice.

Help and support can be found through the Samaritans, NHS or MIND for confidential support, coping tools and advice.
