Electrical Systems Course
This Electrical Systems Course will introduce candidates to electrical theory and basic electrical maintenance. There is a strong practical element that will require the candidates to assemble and test an electric motors control and power circuit. Candidates will also be required to fault find.
Know how to perform a safe isolation
Know how to test a motor
Know how to assemble & test a motor control circuit
Know how to assemble & test a motor power circuit
Know how to diagnose a range of faults in a motor circuit
3-day duration
These courses are intended to enhance existing skills or introduce electrical skills for the first time- i.e. multi-skilling. Where possible, we recommend that candidates complete each module consecutively. The full course description in our brochure will identify which modules are stand-alone.
