The Skills Funding Agency (SFA) provides the funds to support training in Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning in England. Each year the SFA asks learners and employers who are taking a funded learning programme to rate their training provider.

If you have a complaint or a concern we will aim to deal with you in a fair, ethical, honest and proportionate manner. We will acknowledge problems promptly, investigate, review and resolve them correctly and appropriately, ensuring we follow our company procedures. If we are not able to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction you can appeal and we will re-examine it again.

Complaints about IPS as a Training Provider,
If you have a complaint about IPS International as a training provider and your training was funded by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) you must first make IPS aware of the complaint and allow us to fully investigate the problem. We will follow our complaints procedure including if necessary our appeal process. If after this you are still not satisfied you can take your complaint to the Chief Executive of the Skills Funding Agency.
