This course is designed for both the private training industry and post 16 educational institutes and covers the generic teaching skills that are required in becoming an effective teacher/trainer. You can become a QUALIFIED TRAINER in any chosen field that you are an expert in. (You have sufficient experience and certification).

This course comprises of 3 full days training, followed by a half day observation of your micro teach, this also includes full written, developmental feedback of your portfolio work, all necessary training materials, registration and certification with City and Guilds. We are happy to carry out an initial assessment with the candidate to look at their current and future career aspirations, to ascertain which is the most appropriate option. With quality help and support every step of the way.
Includes attendance for 3 days training, an observation and one further optional support session at our training centre in Rochester.
Further support sessions can be available in the candidate’s own work place for an additional £250.00 per full day.
