Vocational Skills for Care - Lead to succeed
This 5-day vocational qualification is for Social Care Leaders and Managers.
This programme has been designed by Skills for Care in response to an identified need within the sector to up-skill existing managers and provide a pathway to develop aspiring managers in adult social care. The workshop has been inspired by the Manager Induction Standards and the Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management in Adult Care.

The minimum duration for this apprenticeship standard is 12-18 months.
Programmes can either be delivered as open-access courses or commissioned by
organisations within the social care sector. Trainers will be provided with a digital pack organised by workshop title which contains presentation slides, module guides, activities and worksheets, action planning templates, resources, and a reference document.
Upon completing the programme, learners will be issued with a Well-led programme certificate and will also be invited to join Skills for Care’s Leadership and Management alumni network.
